BRIDAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

A 50% prepaid deposit is required for all bridal/bridal party service bookings.

A single form of payment on the day of the event is required.  For your convenience, a 15% gratuity will be added to parties of 3 or more.

Please be aware that if for some reason you must cancel or reschedule any or all of your appointments, Bella Vita requires 10 days cancellation notice for a full refund of your deposit.  Any cancellations made between 5 and 10 days before the appointment time will forfeit 50% of the deposit amount.  Cancellations made within 5 days of the appointment time will forfeit 100% of the deposit amount.

Refunds are paid by corporate check and mailed within 10 business days.
